Flower Care Guide

We want you to enjoy your Bonnie Blossom arrangement for as long as possible. Follow these simple steps to keep your blooms fresh, vibrant, and happy.

Trim the Stems

Upon arrival, trim 2-3cm off the stems at a 45-degree angle. This increases the surface area for water absorption. Re-trim every few days.

Remove Lower Foliage

Remove any leaves that will sit below the water line. Submerged leaves can rot and create bacteria that shortens the life of your blooms.

Fresh Water Daily

Change the vase water every day or two. Fresh, clean water is the secret to long-lasting flowers. If you have flower food, add a pinch.

Avoid Direct Sunlight

Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. Tropical flowers love humidity but hate scorching heat.

Keep it Cool

Bali can be hot! Try to keep your arrangement in the coolest room of your house, especially during the heat of the day.

Mist Tropicals

For tropical blooms like Orchids and Anthuriums, a light misting of water on the petals can help simulate their natural humid environment.

The "Fruit Bowl" Rule

Did you know? Ripening fruit releases ethylene gas, which causes flowers to age faster. Keep your beautiful bouquet away from the fruit bowl to extend its life!
