We understand that buying flowers online requires trust. If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality of your arrangement, or if it doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. We are here to make it right.

Perishable Products

Because flowers are perishable natural products, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we offer replacements or refunds under specific conditions to ensure you receive the value and beauty you paid for.

Conditions for Refunds or Replacements

  • Damaged or Wilted Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged or significantly wilted, please take a photo and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will happily send a replacement bouquet or issue a refund.
  • Incorrect Item: If we accidentally deliver the wrong bouquet, we will replace it with the correct one as soon as possible.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order fails to arrive on the scheduled date due to our error, we will issue a full refund or upgrade your order for a future delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To start a claim, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or Email. Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A photo of the flowers (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a partial charge to cover the cost of the flowers already prepared.
