Flowers are a natural product and are subject to seasonal availability. While we aim to replicate the images on our website as closely as possible, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific blooms are unavailable. We guarantee that the overall look, feel, and color palette of the arrangement will remain the same.
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We offer delivery services across Bali. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the package. In such cases, the flowers will be returned to our studio, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of our products. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will assess the situation for a potential replacement or refund.
We provide care instructions with every order. We are not responsible for the longevity of flowers if these care instructions are not followed or if the flowers are placed in unsuitable environments (e.g., direct sunlight, heat).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonnie Blossom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
